These are the distances of your pupils from the middle of your face. The 2 numbers will be around 30mm. Enter both numbers, the first is for your right eye and the second for your left.

If there are 2 numbers, both around 60mm, then these are both binocular PDs: The first is for Distance Vision - enter only this for non-reading glasses. The second is for Near Vision - enter only this for reading glasses.

The distance between your pupils. If there is only one number on your prescription, it's your binocular PD. Average for a boy is 65mm and for a girl is 62mm. You only need one as we don't currently sell progressives or bifocals.

This is the date when your prescription expires. We cannot fulfill expired prescriptions - if this date has passed you should contact your local optometrist to book an eye test. In Australia, eye tests are normally completely covered by Medicare.

Overall power of your prescription, don't forget the + or -. Sometimes written multiplied by 100, so you see -325 instead of -3.25.

Astigmatism correction - if you enter a Cylinder, you will also need to enter an axis for that eye.

Angle of astigmatic correction - if you enter axis, you will also need to enter a Cylinder for that eye.

Extra power for reading. If these are reading glasses, be sure to include this if your prescription has it. Also check that you have entered your Near Vision Pupil Distance.
